Return Policy

Cancellation Policy:

By accessing the website, you warrant and represent to the website owner that you are legally entitled to do so and to make use of information made available via the website.

7 Days Return Policy:

  • Any item that shows signs of damage, wear and tear, alterations, resizing (by a jeweller other than evaanta) will not be accepted under this policy. The product must be the same as shown on the website with all the supporting paperwork.
  • You are eligible for an exchange on evaanta for 100% Quality Check Value in7 days return policy. In case the exchanged value is higher than the value of the old product, the customer will have to pay the difference between the new product chosen and the amount paid towards the old product. In case the exchanged value is lesser than the value of the old product, the difference will be held as a credit for future purchase. One order can be exchanged only once.
  • If the customer still wishes to take a refund, a Return Courier Charges will be Deducted and the Balance Quality Check Value of Return product will be Refunded within 45 days.
  • For the customized Order Item, Return and Exchange Policy shall not be applicable. Only Cancellation Policy Applicable.
  • After that it shall fall under Life Time Exchange Policy.

Life Time Exchange Policy:

  • In case of Diamond with Gold / Silver / Platinum Jewelry, Current market value of the product (as per net weight of the metal and total carat weight of diamonds). This can be used to purchase any Available Diamond Jewelry. This Can’t Be Used for Customized Jewelry.
  • The Balance of Wallet needs to be used within 365 Days of Exchange Policy.
  • The prevailing market value will be determined by evaanta after Quality Check.
  • For the customized Order Item, Return and Exchange Policy shall not be applicable. Only Cancellation Policy Applicable.
  • After that it shall fall under Life Time Exchange Policy.
